Freshness of the idea-pass lenses (ideas arrive via the idea-weekly scheduled wrapper or on demand). A lens that is due hasn't scanned recently — run idea-pass (or paste /idea-pass <lens> [scope] in chat) to generate fresh proposals. Cadence lives in agentic-workflows, thresholds in preferences.yaml.
